Small studio, big relief for busy teams.
I’m a French freelancer in Melbourne. I set up simple tools and clear team communication for cafés, bars and small hospitality teams, so your crew knows what to do without calling you.
And on the side, I build my own little apps for everyday life.
Small teams, the same little problems.
Simple fixes that your team actually uses.
Simple tools
Checklists, onboarding guides, stock lists. Built in apps you already have, with AI to speed up the boring part. No new software to learn unless it really helps.
Team communication
Clear briefings, house rules and announcements, designed in your venue’s colours, so everyone reads the same thing.
On the floor, with you
I’ve worked in hospitality. I come and watch a service, talk to your team, and show them the new tool myself.
4 small packs, clear prices.
90 minutes in your venue. You leave with 3 simple things to change.
One problem fixed, like an opening checklist or a guide for new starters.
Ready-to-use briefings, posters and messages, in your venue’s style.
3 hours a month to tweak, add and answer questions. Cancel anytime.
From messy to simple in 4 steps.
Check-up
I visit during a quiet hour, watch how things run and ask your team what slows them down.
Plan
You get a short plan with prices. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Build
I set up the tool or the kit, usually within 2 weeks, using what you already have.
Show the team
I walk your team through it on site, and stay around for 30 days of questions.
I make my own apps too.
Designing and building my own apps, from the first sketch to the App Store, taught me how to make tools people actually want to open. That’s what I bring to your team.

3 pilot spots this season
I’m working with my first Melbourne venues at a reduced rate, in exchange for honest feedback and a short review.
Let’s make your week simpler.
Book a check-up, or just send me a message about what’s driving your team mad. I reply within 2 working days.
Small packs. No surprises.
Every pack has a clear price and a clear finish line. Prices are in AUD. If your project doesn’t fit a pack, I charge $70 per hour and tell you the estimate up front.
I come in during a quiet hour, watch how the team works and ask what slows everyone down.
- Short visit during service or prep
- A chat with you and 1 or 2 team members
- A one-page summary with 3 simple changes, sent within 3 days
- Deducted from your next pack if you go ahead
Good for: knowing where to start.
One everyday problem, fixed with a simple tool your team can open on their phone.
- Opening and closing checklists
- A guide for new starters
- Stock and order lists
- Set up in the apps you already use (Notion or Google), or as a custom little app
- Team walkthrough on site + 30 days of questions
Good for: things that live in someone’s head today.
The messages and posters your team needs every week, ready to use and in your venue’s style.
- Shift briefing template
- House rules and back-of-house posters
- Templates for announcements, roster changes and specials
- Designed in Figma, with simple templates you can update yourself
Good for: teams who get their info from 3 different group chats.
Keeps your tools alive after launch.
- Updates when the menu, the team or the roster changes
- New checklists or pages when you need them
- Answers to your team’s questions
Good for: venues that change often (so, most of them).
Prefer to learn it yourself?
Every pack also comes in a “teach me” version: we build it together, you keep the skills, and it costs less. Just ask when you book.
Good to know
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If your team can use a group chat, they can use what I build. That’s the whole point.
Which tools do you use?
Simple tools your team already knows, with AI doing the boring part:
- Notion or Google Workspace to keep checklists, guides and stock lists in one place.
- Trello to see who does what this week, on one simple board.
- Slack to keep team messages in one place, instead of 3 group chats.
- Claude or ChatGPT to turn your notes and voice memos into clear guides, in minutes.
- Figma to design posters, briefings and visuals in your venue’s style.
- WordPress or Shopify when your venue needs a website or an online shop.
- A custom little app, built by me, when your team needs something on their phone. Like Buyable and Dear Day.
AI writes the first draft, I check every word. And I’ll never push software you don’t need.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes, online. The visit becomes a video call, and I walk your team through everything on screen.
What if my team doesn’t use it?
That’s part of my job too. I show your team how it works on site, check in after 2 weeks, and adjust anything that isn’t working. It’s all included in the 30 days of follow-up.
How does payment work?
Half when we start, half when your team is using the tool. Invoices come with an ABN.
Not sure which pack fits?
Start with a check-up. It’s deducted from whatever comes next.

I’m Lana, a French freelancer living in Melbourne. I’ve worked the floor in hospitality, so I know what a Saturday rush feels like, and how much time a team loses looking for the right information.
Now I build simple tools and communication for small teams, and my own apps on the side.
Illana
Lana is what my family calls me, from Il-lana. And “petit”? I’m small, the studio is small, but the ideas aren’t.
Being small means you work with me directly, from the first coffee to the last question.
4 promises
Simple
If your team needs a manual to use the tool, I’ve made it too complicated.
Honest
Clear prices, real timelines. If something breaks, I tell you and I fix it.
Warm
No judgement on how things run today. Every team has its sticky notes.
A bit cheeky
Work is serious. Talking about it doesn’t have to be.
What I’ve built so far
I’m just getting started, so this space is small for now. It will grow with every venue I work with.
Tells you in seconds if you can really afford something, without touching the money set aside for your goals. Designed and built by me, from the first sketch to the App Store page.
What it shows: I can turn an everyday worry into a simple tool.
See the app →A wedding planner that brings the checklist, the budget, the vendors and the big-day timeline together, in English and French.
What it shows: I can organise a lot of moving parts so they feel simple.
See the app →A Melbourne café, bar or small hotel team, with a real before and after. 3 pilot spots are open this season.
Tell me what’s driving your team mad.
A few lines are enough. I reply within 2 working days, and we can book your check-up from there.
